Arma 3 にバリスティック マスクを追加する Uriki's Ballistic Mask MOD が公開されました。現在はタンとオリーブ、スカルなど 5 種類の見た目があります。
また防弾性能があり、拳銃弾なら数発程度、7.62mm 弾なら 1 発は耐える性能があります。ゲーム内ではヘッドギアに分類されています。
