Arma 3 にロシア軍の防空システム SA-17 BUK やアメリカ軍の MIM-104 PAC-3 patriot など40 の兵器や対レーダー ミサイルを実装する POOK SAM パック MOD がバージョン 4.1 へ更新。ミサイルの調整や修正、それに MIM-23 HAWK とその支援部隊をあらたに追加するなど、大幅な変更をくわえています。
更新で、すべてのミサイルは実際とおなじ飛翔速度をもつようになりました。ほかにも AAF 陣営に対応したり、報告された問題の修正、それに MIM-23 Hawk バッテリーとその支援部隊を追加します。

- KNOWN ISSUE: ZU-23-4 (Shilka) M4 doesn't expel smoke rounds. This appears to be a Shilka model problem and is being researched
