東南アジア地域の熱帯雨林で戦闘が楽しめるとして、長らく開発されていた Arma 2 用 UNSUNG ベトナム戦争 MOD
の、バージョン 2.6 が BI フォーラム上で公開されました。
新たな開発メンバーを迎えたこともあり、新しい武器、熱帯雨林マップ、装甲兵員輸送車、数種類のヘリコプターとユニットが追加されています。また、陣営がオーバーホールされ、新しく改良された武器にお着替えされました。

新しい兵器などに加えて、機能面でも改良が行われており、地下に掘られたトンネルを再現する トンネル モジュールの実装や、環境音として聞こえる 25 分の無線通信など、多岐にわたっています。
不具合も確認されているため、今後も修正が行われ、バージョン 2.7 が公開される予定です。
導入の際には、3 つのファイルに分けられたインストーラーと、手動で導入する 1 つのファイル（現在08/09は未配布）が配布されています。
この MOD には Arma 2: Combined Opreations と
Community Base Addons
が必要です。
