Arma 3 にロシアの FSB やアルファ グループといった特殊部隊で使っている装備を追加する Alpha Group Equipment MOD が開発中ながらも公開されました。K-74M やカービン仕様やレール付き仕様、色違いなどで 5 種類ある AK-105、Aimpoint T1 ドットサイト、TMP 9 サブマシンガン、MK II チェストリグなどがあります。
