アメリカ軍に実在する歩兵師団や機甲師団、特殊部隊のタブといったパッチを、 RHS: Escalation MOD に合わせて追加する RHS Uniform Unit Patches アドオン が公開されました。OCP と UCP の 2 色で、どちらも低視認の色をつかっています。
現在はアメリカ陸軍の空挺部隊、特殊部隊やレンジャー、空挺をしめすタブ、第 160 特殊作戦航空連隊など 200 以上の部隊パッチがあります。将来的にアメリカ海兵隊と海軍、空軍の飛行隊パッチも追加するとのこと。
