Arma 3 へ AH-64D を取り込みの Lowlandswarrior AH-64D Apache アドオン

Arma 2 から AH-64D Apache Longbow を Arma 3 へ取り込むと同時に、実際の機能を取り付けた Lowlandswarrior AH-64D Apache アドオン が公開されました。

アドオンでは、レーザー誘導と SACLOS (Semi-Automatic Command to Line of Sight) という二つのミサイル誘導方式を追加して、攻撃ヘリを強化する RWCO MOD と US Helicopters MOD の機能を同梱。高度な飛行特性や対戦車誘導ミサイル AGM-114 Hellfire などが特徴です。

ゲームプレイ用に 1 時間の飛行制限に加えて、射手の目線と銃口を連動させる IHADSS（Integrated Helmet And Display Sight System）とどこを見ているか操縦士が分かるよう、MFD（Multi Function Display）に映像を表示するなど、様々な機能を持ち合わせています。

また TADS（Target Acquisition and Designation Sights）から方位と指示目標の 6 桁の座標、速度、対地高度、目標までの距離が表示される他、座標の保存も可能。PiP（Picture in Picture）付きの TEDAC（TADS Electronic Display and Control）、兵装を搭載しているパイロンの角度を変更できます。

これだけの多機能にもかかわらず、できるだけスクリプト無しで動作するよう設計されており、少ない不具合でありながら、マルチプレイヤーで利用できるとのことです。

AGM-114 Hellfire が ACE3 MOD と AGM に対応。また タスクフォース無線通信 MOD を使うこともできます。

将来的な予定として、IHADSS、ADS、TEDAC、MFD のさらなる拡張が予定されているアドオンです。

• Wheels not animated when taxing
